Since it is my sole goal to make you, my client feel beautiful I ask for consideration is cancellations. The time and date you reserve is specifically for you. I do understand that many things happen and come up that are completely out of our control. I am asking that you contact the studio within 48 hours to cancel your appointment. If the client cancels within 48 hours no charge will be made. Cancelling after the 48-hour mark will result in having 50% of the appointment charged to the client. 100% will be charged upon the client not showing up to their scheduled appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment and then try to reschedule your appointment, it will still count as a no show & you will be charged.
If you are more than 10 minutes late I reserve the right to rebook your appointment. My time is very sensitive & adheres to a strict time schedule to accommodate all clients within that day. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
